1 General Terms
Welcome to JL Casino. By accessing, registering, or using any part of the JL Casino platform — whether on desktop or mobile — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of jlcasino.net, including visitors, registered members, and players actively participating in any JL Casino game, promotion, or service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

2 Eligibility

Minors are strictly prohibited from using JL Casino. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited.
3 Account Registration & Rules
3.1 One Account Per Person
Each player is permitted to hold only one JL Casino account. Creating multiple accounts, whether using different names, email addresses, devices, or IP addresses, is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended and balances voided.
3.2 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and keep this information current. JL Casino may conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at any time, and you are required to cooperate fully. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
3.3 Account Security
Your account credentials are your responsibility. Never share your username or password with anyone. JL Casino will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately at support@jlcasino.net.
JL Casino will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate security of their login credentials.
3.4 Username & Profile
Usernames must not contain offensive, hateful, or sexually explicit language. JL Casino reserves the right to request a change of username or modify it without notice if it violates community standards.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Currency
All transactions on JL Casino are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Minimum deposit is ₱100. JL Casino does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own charges — those are outside our control.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours under normal circumstances. Most GCash and Maya withdrawals are completed within minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–2 business days depending on your financial institution. Withdrawals above ₱50,000 may require additional KYC verification.
4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility
To be eligible for withdrawal, players must have completed identity verification. Funds received via bonus credits must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. JL Casino reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending fraud investigation if suspicious activity is detected.
Note: Deposits must be made from accounts in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned (less any applicable charges). Using someone else's GCash or bank account to fund your JL Casino account is a violation of these terms.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
JL Casino offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to specific terms stated on the Promotions page. The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x) will be clearly stated for each promotion. Bonus funds and real money funds are kept separate; real money is used first in wagering unless specified otherwise.
5.2 Bonus Eligibility
Welcome bonuses are available to new players only, once per household and once per device. Players found exploiting bonus systems — including creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome offers — will have bonuses voided and accounts suspended.
5.3 Bonus Expiry
Bonus funds not used within the stated validity period (typically 7 to 30 days as specified per promotion) will expire and be removed from the player's account without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
5.4 JL Casino's Right to Modify Promotions
JL Casino reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with or without prior notice. Players who are in the middle of a promotion at the time of cancellation will be notified and their progress handled on a case-by-case basis fairly and transparently.
6 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Malfunctions

6.2 Maximum Win Limits
Certain games carry maximum win caps per round or per session. These limits are clearly displayed in the game rules before play commences. Winnings exceeding the maximum cap will be adjusted to the stated cap amount.
6.3 Collusion & Cheating
Any form of cheating, collusion, use of bots, scripting software, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited. JL Casino actively monitors gameplay for irregular patterns. Players found in violation will have their accounts permanently banned and winnings forfeited.
7 Fraud & Abuse Prevention

- Accounts suspected of fraudulent activity will be suspended immediately pending investigation.

- Chargeback fraud — disputing a legitimate deposit with your bank — will result in permanent account closure and potential legal action.

- Unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events.
- Third-party service failures, including payment processors and internet providers.

JL Casino's total liability to any player in connection with any dispute shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
11 Account Termination
11.1 Termination by Player
You may close your JL Casino account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you subject to verification, provided there are no ongoing investigations or unresolved disputes.
11.2 Termination by JL Casino
JL Casino reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, abusive behaviour toward staff or other players, or where continued use poses a legal or financial risk to the platform.
Where an account is closed due to breach of terms, JL Casino reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If fraud or abuse is confirmed, balances may be permanently forfeited.
12 Amendments to These Terms
JL Casino may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.
It is your responsibility to check this page regularly. Continued use of JL Casino after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure.
